Wing Rentals is owned by Timothy and Cynthia Wing. Tim is a longtime contractor who has built hundreds of homes in the Ashtabula area over the last thirty years. Tim and Cindy saw a need for rentals in the city of Ashtabula, so the Wings designed units of upscale, energy efficient, modern apartments.

In 1979, the construction of Woodbine Apartments began with the first unit of six apartments opening its doors. Over the following three years, Wing and his construction team expanded the complex by building three more units, resulting in a total of twenty-four apartments nestled between East 15th and East 16th streets in the neighborhood formerly known as "Swede Town" in Ashtabula's harbor area. These apartments boast a range of styles, from cozy one-bedroom units to spacious two-bedroom layouts, with some featuring cathedral ceilings and balconies overlooking the living room.
